I admit, I'm not the biggest fan of rap music, but I've always admired the Master Rapper, Francis Magalona.
When I heard about him being sick, feeling affected ako. As in if I were there, I'd probably one of those many people who went to donate blood. I did not blog about it because I was sure that the response will already be overwhelming knowing that a lot of people love Francis M.
There were rumors that if he was feeling better, he was supposed to perform at E-heads' reunion concert, but this is another story.
Now, I read at Mrs. C.V.S. blog that after 36 days in the hospital, he's done with his first round of chemo. And, I'm glad that he's coming home.
She writes:
"He is finally coming home after 36 days in the hospital, having finished his first round of chemo. Francis is in good spirits and joking around. He has been diagnosed with AML (acute myelogenous leukemia), I don't know what the exact type is, but from experience I know it will be a long battle. Francis will need all the help he can get in form of prayers and support. To begin with, his friends are mounting this fundraiser."

I read that CVS offered to sell the shirts through her blog, and people can pay via PayPal, but I'm not so sure if the offers only to people she personally know, I hope not.
