Choco-Banana Muffins.

I'll let the pictures do the talking.
P.S.
Don't fill the muffin cups too much, I was being impatient and wanted to finish soon, and poured too much batter. Absolute fail!
They were not wasted naman, because they were still edible and tasted good. :-)

Doggie Cake!
Because it's so hard to find anything that's both for dogs, and would not cost me an arm, (or at least a finger), I baked the cake for Andi, my shih tzu who turned 2 yesterday, by myself.
Keep refrigerated.
Of course, you don't let your adorable dog finish the whole cake in one sitting. It took Andi about 5 days to finish this one. I only gave her one serving a day. :-)

M&M's cookies.
Tuesday, September 14, 2010
I lack imagination when it comes to giving names, so let's just this, M&M's cookies.
Mix butter, brown sugar, and eggs.
Add flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add the M&M's.
Mold dough to desired cookie size!
Fresh from the oven.
These were really good, the only problem is that after 2 days, the cookies were hard as a rock. Fail.

First try at Baking.
I am not good with giving instructions, or explaining how things should be done, this is why most times I just do things by myself. But I'm pretty good with following instructions, and reading maps. Hah!
So... I'll let the photos do the talking.
Cheesecake with feathered Strawberry.
Crushed crackers:
Buttered and freezered crust:
Filling mixed:
Processed Strawberry:
Filling poured.
The Strawberry was supposed to stay on top, then feathered, but it sank.
So, I just stirred the jam with the filling, hehehe.
Fresh from the oven and off to the fridge:
Here's a slice, notice the red dots? Strawberries!
It doesn't look so good, but promise it tastes better than how it looks. :-)
