Fallback.
Months ago I made a decision. Something that will affect where, with whom, and how I would live the next few years. I'm not really a risk taker. Most times, I only risk when I already have a fallback plan ready. This time I actually have 2. You know, just in case my first fallback plan fails.
I'm the type of person who, when my bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face cream, or tube of toothpaste, or our box of orange juice or milk, are only 1/4 full, I start buying a new one. I don't think I've reached a point of hoarding naman, I just want to make sure I don't run out of something I need. That's being rational, right?
A friend told me I'm not helping myself with all these fallback plans, and playing safe, and I'm jinxing my own self, and all that... But... Is it really so wrong to play safe?

Highschool Reunion.
So there's a highschool reunion planned for December 27.
I might be in the Philippines for the Holidays. So a few days back, I was actually thinking of going to this reunion, because it's proabably the only reunion I'll get invited to, since I did not attend college in the Philippines.
But, then a few hours ago, I have come to a decision, I'm not going. Aside from the fact that the reunion's 2 days after Christmas, and I might be stuck with family reunions, I don't think my 2 other cousins-slash-batchmates are going either... I have a strong feeling that this "Batch 2001 Reunion" might actually turn out to be "Their Barkada's Reunion", and then I'll feel totally off rather than enjoying the party. And knowing that I can meet up with old friends I've had since highschool out of that reunion, because I'm still in touch with them, made deciding a lot easier. So, yeah.

E.T.
E.T. as in Eros and Thanatos.
Psychology class, our professor's view on Freud's Eros and Thanatos:
- When making love, and your partner scraped your back... be glad. It means she want you that BAD and that she's making love to you with all the passion she's got inside her.
- When making love, and your partner bit you.. be glad. It means he's so caught up in pleasing you and he's high and he too is making love with every bit of passion he's got.
Yes, this school is corrupting my innocence!
hahaha!
Tomorrow, I shall return.
Ngek. What's with the title... haha. Wala lang. Can't think straight.
"When I do things without any explanation, but just with spontaneity...
I can be sure that I am right."– Federico Fellini

A clenched fist in Amsterdam.
Then things like this happen. And I can't help but laugh out loud with them. =)
oh! And of course, learn something new.
Our lesson for today shall be called: A clenched fist in Amsterdam.
Rated 60/over. hehe.
F.Y.I.prof (reading from the book): the heart is the size of a clenched fist.
- Here in Italy, ewan ko dyan sa inyo.. Amsterdam is considered as "LA città del peccato"; "THE sin city".
- Our english teacher is the youngest teacher we have.. she's 27-32 years young. So, don't be surprise on why we almost always end up talking about things that has nothing to do with the lesson. 1/4 (more or less) of the class is older than her.
prof: anyone know what a clenched fist is? (now, she's looking at me!)
ale: so, cleched is pugno and fist is serrato...?
prof: no, it's the other way around.
prof: clenched is serrato and fist is pugno.
luca: aahh.. fist è il pugno? (fist is the pugno?)
prof: yes. (silence.. i think she's waiting for another question.)
then here comes luca!
luca: i went to amsterdam last year... and i saw this sex shop (by "saw", he meant he entered the shop), and there was a fisting section.
prof: in a sexy shop?
luca: yes. in a sexy shop.
prof: what is this fisting thing?
luca: make a guess.. you're the english teacher.
silence...
luca: it's a sexual practice.
prof: is it like Sadism? (looking at luca then me.) take note: not because i'm supposed to know what fisitng is but because i'm the 2nd person who's almost good with english.
din-din: (raising my two hands, tipong hold-up! hehe) i have no idea.. maybe the person have to hit the partner in the face or something?
prof: that's what i think too.
the whole class agreed. then laughed.
prof: so, what kind of things do they sell for this fisting? boxing gloves? haha!
luca: ma noo.. (of course not!)
then he explained what fisitng is, how it is done.. and all that stuffs that i decided not to explain here (because, i found out that someone who is very maarte and will definitely spread the rumor that i'm a pervert visits this blog..) if you guys are interested just google the thing.. i'm sure you'll find something.
needless to say, we all had the same look on our faces.. the face of someone who just sucked a fresh lemon or someone who's simply
thank luca for sleepless english class.

I am bored.
We were supposed to have our literature long (long, long, long..) test.. but it was moved to a later date (we were informed about the changes only 4 hours before the test), Our prof's dad was hospitalized.. so I just decided to stay home.. and not risk to freeze outside. (fyi, para kaming nasa horror flick.. there's thick fog everywhere! bbbrrrr...). Nasayang lang pag-aaral ko kay foscolo at manzoni ng buong umaga. Hmmpp.. ito na lang ang pinag-tripan ko dito sa bahay. hehehe.

more tripping photos here.
merong akong bagong english class episode.. pero next time ko na iblo-blog..

Better Late than Never.
Just to let you all know..
I will be back on full blogging service on thursday night. Thank you.
I have never been this tired in my entire life. I swear. Not just physically tired.. but
Last sunday I went to San Pablo City's Town Fiesta Celebration. And just like any other party/meetings that I did not help in any way to organize or pay to get in...
Finally it snowed! Yeah, it snowed thursday morning.. then it rained then snowed again later that night.. only for the sun to melt all the snow the next day.
Moving on, at last thursday's english class.
Prof: Babies have a sucking instinct allowing them to extract the milk.
Luke: Sucking?
Prof: The act of drawing the mouth by creating a practical vacuum.
Luke: Eh?
Claudine: Ma perchè non la dica in Italiano, così è più facile. (Just translate it in Italian... It's easier.)
Prof: Because this is an english class.
Out Of the Blue.
Sandro: Sucking... quello che fa la tua ragazza quando non avete la gomma. (It's what your girlfriend usually do when you don't have a rubber.)
With classmates like them... How can you not enjoy english class. hehehe. ;)

On Friendster & MySpace.
FYI, I still have a week-long of being tortured at school.
Anyway, I've been receiving lots of bitchy messages on Friendster and MySpace.
I'm more of a Friendster person... Once in a blue moon, I'd add people even if I don't know them, most of the time, only to delete them after a few weeks. Almost everyone on my friend's list at Friendster are people I personally know and/or people I actually interact with (thru online messages, SMS, IM, e-mails, phone calls, etc. oh, and yes, even blog comments! haha!) or a friend of a friend. So, you see, I use Friendster for friends! haha! I joined Friendster nung mga panahong wala pa akong smart na SIM, kaya when friends asked me to join.. I did, just so I could stay in touch with them.. without them having to spend hundreds and hundreds of pesosesoses! ;)
Now, MySpace is something else.. when a friend invited me to join MySpace, I joined for.. as they say "networking", or as I put it.. "for the sake of joining". So, OO, sa MySpace, add lang ako ng add, kahit sinong ipakto/a ka pa. hehehe. AND if I don't have the slightest idea on who
Long story short:
People on Friendster send me messages telling me how snob, maarte at feeling kung sino daw ako.. because I won't add them while MySpace people prefer calling me maleducata because I refuse to reply to their "can we be friends?" messages.
Hah! Very Friendly people.

Yeah, yeah.. I know.. Matagal na tapos ang pasko.. BUT still.. ate RACKY, here's my super-duper late thank you!p.s.
tanong lang, family business ba yung nasa bote? May nabasa akong apelyido eh.. hehehe.

The Post X'mas.
Okei, How's everyone? How did your holidays go? I won't talk about mine... because mine was boring... haha! I saw that
Anyway, I read tita bing's entry, Leaving 2006, Welcoming 2007, with Questions, I was so tempted to do the exact same thing and actually, I've already copied-pasted the questions and was starting to mentally answer the questions when I reached a particular question and decided to just forget about the whole thing.. haha!
Holiday's almost over... Just one more to go... L'epifania, then back to school. And back to being tortured. hehehe.
I read the Xmas Stocking, and realized that most people wished for love-related stuffs.. Just to let you all know, I am single by choice. And no, I don't want a boy-friend at the moment. My life's still too messy and too mellow-ala-soap-opera-dramatic.. So, no, I don't need and I don't want to add someone else to my

What's next?
I still can't come up with anything to blog about.
I'm feeling so lazy. I have too much school works to do.
Oh, Don't you just love the Holidays!
Times when teachers finally have an excuse to give their poor
students tons and tons and tons and loads of school works to do.
I think I might have to do something with the pintura of my beloved blog.
Afterall, even pessimists do celebrate Christmas. Anong koneksyon? Oh well.
Have a happy Sunday, everyone! muah!

Bago ko pala makalimutan,
Here are some photos from South Border's show at BBKINGS last Nov. 18, 2006.

Thanks again, Emilie!
Ok.. that's all for now. Enjoy life and always be safe! ;-)
